Exchanges
- The quickest way to receive the correct item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
